FRANCHISE SALES MANAGER
We are working with an Established, growing Franchise operating in the B2B service sector and seeking to recruit an experienced Franchise Sales Manager to accelerate the growth of the network across Australia.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To liaise with Leadership Team to understand the target areas for development
Lead the CLIENT’S recruitment process to allow new franchise operators to join the franchise system.
Respond to all applications in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct Appraisal interviews with prospective franchisees, explaining the business, opportunities, and systems within the CLIENT’S business.
Provide assistance to prospective Franchisees to enable them to complete their business and marketing plans for approval interviews. Ensure they are credible and sensible.
Develop and maintain relationships with the main lending institutions.
To liaise internally with other team members to ensure new Franchise Partner’s expectations are managed
Manage the Franchisee recruitment budget and plan

Location: Remote based with extensive National Travel
Salary: Negotiable+ Sales Bonus
